Terms & Conditions
General terms:
1. All adult sizes are subject to VAT at the current rate.
2. Genuine faulty returns will be replaced or credited.
3. Garments ordered incorrectly (size/colour/print/embroidery) will not be exchanged.
4. We cannot guarantee exact colour matches from one order to the next as variations occur in dye batches.
5. We reserve the right to alter cut of garments (sizes) and fabric construction without notice.
6. All embroidery discs, screens & artwork remain the property of Bodyline Sportswear Ltd.
7. Garment Care:
Great care is taken to source the highest quality fabrics (garments) and materials (print & embroidery).
Incorrect washing can cause damage.  To get the best results follow the washing instructions.
In general when colours are mixed and garments are printed and numbered - do not boil or tumble dry - do not iron on print.
We do not guarantee colour fast when we mix dark colours (e.g. red & maroon) with white at the customers request.
8. Accounts:
Orders are taken on a pro-forma basis.
Accounts can be set up by application and approval will be based on your trading record.
Goods will not be dispatched on overdue accounts.
9. Delivery:
Orders are booked in on a first come first served basis.
Regular customers can pre-book production space for confirmed orders.
Despatch is usually made within six weeks - this can go out to eight weeks in the busy period (September - December).
Any shortage or non delivery must be notified in writing to us within seven days.
10. Samples:
Samples are non returnable and charged at the full rate plus carriage.
Artwork and set up costs will be charged for samples.
11. Ordering:
Orders must be confirmed in writing on our standard order sheets.
Garments are manufactured and printed/embroidered to your instructions.
12. Retention of Title:
Until full payment has been made of the price of the goods and of any other sums what so ever which are or may become outstanding from the buyer to Bodyline Sportswear Limited
THE PROPERTY IN THE GOODS SHALL NOT PASS TO THE BEARER.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss of profit or goodwill or any other consequential loss of the customer or any other person arising from any contract betwen Bodyline Sportswear Ltd and the customer
